Product Overview
This series of electric pump consists of a pump, a seal and a motor. The motor is located in the upper part of the pump and is a three-phase asynchronous motor. The pump is located in the lower part of the pump and is a channel impeller and pot shell structure. The mechanical seal is used between the water pump and the motor, and the O-type oil-resistant rubber sealing ring is used as the static seal at each fixed stop seal to ensure the reliability of the electric pump. The rotor shaft of the electric pump is made of stainless steel material to ensure that the shaft has more reliable mechanical strength. It can effectively improve the wear resistance and corrosion resistance of the shaft, and it is also convenient for the maintenance and unloading of the impeller. This series of electric pumps are widely used in industry, agriculture, mining, construction, municipal environmental protection and other places, which can pump liquids containing short fiber, paper scraps, sediment and other solid particles or soft solids, such as muddy water, ash water, domestic wastewater, sewage, dung and urine, etc. it is an ideal water conservancy equipment for agricultural drainage and irrigation, silt removal in river ponds and construction sites, but it is not suitable for occasions with explosion-proof requirements. Some specifications use channel impeller, which greatly improves the anti-clogging ability of the pump: some specifications use full-lift theory to enable the electric pump to maintain no overload operation under normal conditions, effectively prolonging the service life of the motor.
Conditions of use
The electric pump can operate normally and continuously under the following operating conditions:
1. The temperature of the water is not higher than + 40℃:
2. The pH PH value of the water source is between 6.5-8.5;
3. The solid content (ratio of weight) in the water source shall not exceed 01%, and the maximum particle diameter shall not be greater than 0.2mm
4. The power supply is the single-phase voltage is 220V, the three-phase voltage is 380V, the frequency is 50Hz, and the voltage fluctuation range is 0.9-1.1 times of the rated value.
5. The diving depth is not more than 5m.
